Sales Assistant (m/f/x)

PVH Italy is seeking a shop associate for the Milano location. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring customers feel welcome and well-advised.

You will understand customer needs for the latest boards, bindings, or streetwear, and bring your trends knowledge into every interaction. You will work with the team on visual merchandising, stock, and cashier duties, while developing through trainings and workshops.

Be the first point of contact in the shop and make customers feel welcome. Understand customer needs for decks, snowboard bindings, or streetwear outfits. Bring trend sense and scene knowledge into interactions with customers. Assist team with visual merchandising, stock management, and cashier duties. Continue developing skills through trainings and product workshops. Retail experience or completed apprenticeship is a plus, but not required. Interest in board sports and streetwear culture. Strong customer service orientation and teamwork. Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
