SALES ASSISTANT & MARKETING MANAGER

Meets with potential customers alongside sales representatives. Demonstrates products through presentations and live demos. Designs solutions tailored to customer needs. Creates proposals, proof-of-concepts, and technical documentation. Supports the sales team during negotiations and implementation planning.

MAIN DUTIES:
Team Support: Train workers, check daily work, and share sales goals.
Customer Service: Handle hard questions, build good buyer links, and close deals.
Reports: Write performance logs, study market trends, and use software like MS Office or CRM.
Communication: Clear talking and active listening.
Leadership: Helping others and solving issues fast.
Team Supervision: Assign daily tasks, set shift schedules, and monitor staff performance on the showroom or sales floor.
Conflict Resolution: Address staff grievances and handle performance issues before escalating them to the Store or Sales Manager.
Travel Overseas: Need to travel overseas, India and other country as per the requirement.
Ensures the sales team runs smoothly, hits revenue targets, and maintains high customer satisfaction.
EDUCATION: Any Masters degree in social work, any science degree.
