🎯The role
We are looking for a Sales Assistant for our store located in Tudela (Navarra), for a 36-hour weekly schedule working the afternoon shift.
What you'll do
You will be part of a dynamic, results-oriented team, contributing to making every customer visit a pleasant experience.
📋 Your key responsibilities
Attend, advise, and build loyalty with our customers.
Drive sales by monitoring KPIs (average ticket, UPT, conversion).
Care for the store: replenishment, organization, cleaning, and visual merchandising.
Manage stock: reception, labeling, and replenishment on the sales floor.
Cashier operations and opening, balancing, and closing procedures.
🔎 Requirements and skills we value
What we're looking for
Commercial profile: customer and sales objective orientation, positive attitude, energy and teamwork; passion for fashion/footwear.
Availability to be able to cover the needs of the store (weekends and shifts) and to work holidays and opening Sundays.
Nice to have
Previous experience is valued in retail (fashion/footwear is a plus).
Familiarity with commercial KPIs; however, if you don't master them, we will train you!
