Sales Assistant

About the role

Do you have experience as a shop assistant? In our network of stores specializing in high-quality food products, we seek to offer our customers the best shopping experience: trusted products, close attention, and maximum freshness in every service. For our centers located in León, we are looking to hire a motivated Shop Assistant who is eager to be part of our team.

What you'll do

Customer service: Personalized advice, checkout/payment, and resolving queries on the sales floor.

Product management: Replenishment, organization, and attractive presentation of products in freezers and frozen food aisles.

Stock control and reception: Receiving merchandise, verifying orders, and controlling product rotation (expiry dates and quality).

Maintenance of the point of sale: Cleaning and tidying the store to guarantee an optimal image and compliance with hygiene/food safety regulations.

What we're looking for

Skills: Proactive and responsible person, with a clear orientation toward the customer and a taste for teamwork.

Availability: Ability to work the indicated schedule (split shift from M-F and Saturday mornings).

Residence: Residence in León or surrounding areas.

Nice to have

Previous experience: Valued experience in customer service, supermarkets, the retail sector, or the food industry.

What you'll get

Contract: Job stability in a solid, expanding company.

Working day: 40 hours per week in a split shift from Monday to Friday (10:00 - 14:00 h and 17:00 - 20:00 h) and Saturday mornings (10:00 - 14:00 h).

Salary: €18,000 gross per year.
