Sales Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Assistant with experience in restaurant, catering, or food shop environments to support sales and operations in our F&B business. The role requires flexibility to work weekends, after office hours, and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers to support sales and enhance customer satisfaction
• Assist in managing daily sales operations within the F&B business to ensure smooth workflow
• Coordinate with team members to support catering and restaurant service activities
• Adapt to work schedules including weekends, after office hours, and night shifts to meet business needs
• Apply knowledge of restaurant and catering environments to contribute to sales management tasks

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience working as a Sales Assistant in the F&B industry
• Experience in sales management and operations within F&B-related businesses
• Familiarity with Bangladeshi and Indian restaurant cuisine and operations
