SALES ASSISTANT

Duties and Responsibilities

• Retail sales: Greet and assist walk-incustomers and channel partners in a professional and friendly manner, activelypromote products, and achieve sales KPIs
• E-commerce order fulfillment: Process online orders accurately, includingpicking, packing, and arranging safe and timely shipments
• Warehouse operations: Assist in daily receiving of goods, stock checking, andinventory management as assigned by supervisor
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure products are well-organized andproperly displayed
• Support basic inventory control and stock movement records
• Follow company SOPs to ensure smooth daily store and warehouse operations
• Assist with any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor from time to time
