Your Role
The Sales Assistant – UK & Ireland will help drive scalable growth and measurable results for Hyatt Inclusive Collection properties in Latin America and the Caribbean through hands-on management of UK and Irish tour operator accounts. The role focuses on account management, analysing market and operator performance, identifying threats and opportunities, maintaining accurate sales information, and assisting with targeted sales activity, events, trade shows and FAM trips where required. The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with a strong interest in travel, hospitality and commercial sales.
Your Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of UK and Ireland tour operator accounts, building strong partner relationships and supporting agreed commercial objectives.
  • Respond to partner enquiries, including rate match requests, VIP arrangements and FAM trip coordination, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up.
  • Analyse account performance, booking trends and market insights to identify opportunities and support revenue growth.
  • Support the Sales Manager, UK & Ireland with account management, reporting, partner engagement and commercial initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate account information, activities and opportunities within Salesforce and other sales systems.
  • Prepare and contribute to regular sales reports, team updates and performance reviews.
  • Coordinate partner communications and support business development activities, including sales missions, trade shows, training events and FAM trips.
  • Undertake additional duties as required to support the Global Sales team and Hyatt's commercial objectives.
