To greet guests with a sincere and warm welcome and ensure they are aware you are there to help.
Ask open questions to find out the guest's needs.
To recommend, select, and locate the correct merchandise for the guest's needs.
To receive and process cash and card transactions.
Be fully updated on product knowledge, answering questions, and addressing concerns from guests.
Maintain a friendly and focused environment at all times.
Informing guests about sales promotions and policies.

Minimum 1-year relevant retail or customer-facing experience that reflects the role.
Can demonstrate a passion for working with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
A desire and ability to deliver sales against the targets set.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with colleagues and customers
Be an excellent team player.
Commitment and enthusiasm.
Shows eagerness and a capacity to learn.
Adapts in difficult situations, solves problems, and makes decisions when necessary.
