About the role
From Nortempo Alicante, we are looking for personnel to join a major multinational company in the distribution sector, at its store located in Calpe (Alicante).
We are looking for dynamic, responsible people with a customer orientation who want to be part of a work team and develop their professional experience in the retail sector.
What you'll do
Replenishment and supply of products on the shelves.
Control, organization, and replenishment of stock.
Maintenance of order and the correct presentation of products.
Customer service and advice.
Cash register operations.
Sales and customer loyalty.
Resolving queries and providing support during the shopping experience.
Personalized attention and customer advice.
Recommendation of products according to consumer needs.
Organization, replenishment, and maintenance of the section.
Replenishment and control of stock.
Order, cleanliness, and maintenance of the point of sale.
Setting up shelves and window displays following brand guidelines.
What you'll get
Working day: 30 hours per week.
Salary: €9.53 gross per hour.

Requirements
Previous experience in customer service, retail, or distribution will be valued.
Service orientation and customer focus.
Good communication skills and a friendly manner.
Responsibility, commitment, and ability to work in a team.
Availability to work Monday to Sunday, in rotating shifts within the time slot of 06:00 to 22:00 h.
