FNAC Murcia (C.C. Nueva Condomina) begins selection process for the Christmas Campaign

We are looking for candidates with a vocation and commercial skills, good manners and customer orientation, dynamic, knowledgeable, with a passion for the department's products, experience in sales, and the ability to build customer loyalty.

What you'll do

Your main duties will include, among others:

- Customer service in accordance with FNAC's values and culture.
- Product recommendation and guidance.
- Carrying out the sale of services or customer solutions (loyalty
card, insurance, financing, etc.)
- Other tasks related to the buying-selling processes.

What we're looking for

- Possessing communication skills, commercial flair, and a liking for customer service.
- Being a dynamic person
- Availability to work part-time, afternoons, and weekends
- Experience in sales and customer service and in the use of POS terminals.
- Interest in culture and technology.
- High knowledge of the products in each department.
