Sales Associate 10h - Part Time

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our American Vintage team at 131 Newbury Street, Boston, for the holiday season. Working alongside Jake, our Store Manager, and the team, you will actively contribute to the store’s performance, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and bring the American Vintage spirit to life.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Drive sales performance: Welcome and advise customers, share your passion for our collections, and deliver personalized service to build customer loyalty. You will actively contribute to achieving sales targets and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), including conversion rate, average transaction value, and units per transaction.

• Be a brand ambassador: Embody the American Vintage identity through your product knowledge, attention to detail, and customer service. You will ensure the sales floor remains clean, organized, and visually appealing, while contributing to merchandising in line with our brand guidelines.

• Support stock management: Assist with deliveries, replenishment, and stockroom organization. You will also contribute to inventory accuracy and ensure products are readily available on the sales floor to support business performance, particularly during the busy holiday season.

CONTRACT DETAILS

This is a seasonal, part-time position (10 hours per week) running from late November 2026 through the end of January 2027. The opportunity to continue beyond the holiday season will be considered based on your performance and the store’s business needs.

• A first experience in retail would be appreciated.
• You have a strong and inspiring personal style.

• You enjoy working in a dynamic, fashion-driven environment where challenge is key.
• You are legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
• Fluency in English is required for this position
