Responsibilities

Listen to potential clients to understand what matters most to them and offer clear, honest advice.

Seek out and develop new relationships with people in the Weatherford community who need help protecting their property.

Walk clients through their policy options so they feel confident and informed about their coverage.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in our tracking system.

Look for genuine opportunities to assist existing clients with additional coverage that aligns with their changing lives.

Participate in local events to stay connected with our neighbors and represent the values of Trophy Insurance Solutions.

Requirements

Demonstrable history of success in a sales-focused role.

Strong comfort level with computers and digital management systems.
