Sales Associate ( 8 to 5 Monday to Friday )

Welcome customers, identify their needs, and provide the best possible solution;
Deliver service in accordance with the company’s established standards;
Provide support to the warehouse team.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Welcome, guide, and advise customers with the goal of driving sales while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty;
Assess customer requests and recommend products and services tailored to their specific needs;
Present and promote the services and benefits of the SPI solution;
Respond to customer inquiries and identify new business opportunities;
Ensure that established branch standards are maintained at all times, including merchandising, receiving and shipping, and general upkeep;
Participate in training sessions and stay up to date on new products and developments;
Support the warehouse team as required.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

1 to 3 years of retail sales experience;
Ability to lift more than 25 lbs;
Comfortable using new technologies;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
