Sales Associate (Cosmetics)

• Sell company home care and hair care products to salons, cosmetic shops, supermarkets, retailers, and wholesalers
  
• Open and manage assigned sales routes and territories
  
• Educate customers on product usage, benefits, and differentiation
  
• Ensure proper product display, visibility, and merchandising
  
• Collect payments and submit accurate daily sales and stock reports
  
• Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up on reorders
  
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
  
• Provide market feedback on competitor products, pricing, and trends
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in cosmetic, hair care, or personal care sales (strong advantage)
  
• Familiarity with salons, cosmetic shops, and beauty markets in Accra
  
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
  
• High level of integrity and accountability
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  
• Basic smartphone literacy (WhatsApp reporting required)
  
• Motorbike or route sales experience is an advantage
