Sales Associate

Summary:

Establish and cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customersatisfaction and drive repeat business. Manage a portfolio of accounts, understanding theirneeds and providing tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issuespromptly and effectively.
• Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management. Utilize sales tools and ERP system to manage customers, track progress, and generate reports.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and production, to align sales efforts with overall business goals.

Qualifications: Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: 1 2 years experience in customer service and sales, preferably withinthe chemical or battery industry.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; analytical and problem solving abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel spreadsheets), and ERP software preferred.
