SUMMARY:

As our Sales Associate you’ll be responsible for being a resource to our loyal customers, providing them with industry knowledge while keeping the store looking its best. You’ll improve the customer shopping experience by working together as a team with Big Red, providing each guest with superior customer service. Due to business needs, this location is now able to pay an additional $5/hour on top of your given rate for time worked after midnight until 3am.

Requirements:

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
• Communicating effectively, using positive language, to internal staff & external visitors
• Basic math & money counting skills (Addition & Subtraction)
• Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Process customer purchases, perform general cleaning duties, stocks shelves and merchandise displays neatly
• Comply with all established company policies and procedures while upholding the security and confidentiality of documents and data
