Sales Associate (Glow Agent)

Perfec-Tone Bahamas. Nassau, in-store. Full-time or part-time.

You know the difference between selling someone a cream and helping someone fix their skin. One is a transaction. The other is the work.

Perfec-Tone has been doing the work for 46 years. We have one store in Nassau, a clinical product line built for skin that other brands ignore, and customers who do not buy from anyone else. We are hiring one Sales Associate to be the person customers ask for by name. Full-time and part-time options are both available.

What the role actually is

You greet, you listen, you build the package, you book the next visit, you follow up on day 2, days 4-5, and day 7. You hit team sales targets. You know your numbers the way an owner knows them.

Compensation

• $7.50 per hour, paid weekly for hours worked

• Full-time: 40 hours per week scheduled. Part-time: 15 to 30 hours per week, scheduled.

• Overtime at $11.25 per hour for hours beyond 40 per week

• 10% raise after 90-day probation and another 10% at one year, based on performance review

• Tiered commission on weekly product sales above a store baseline; rates increase as your sales grow

• Performance bonuses for customer reviews collected, transformation packages sold, and consistent monthly performance

• You do quick math in your head without flinching

• You write a clean message: clear, correct, confident

• You finish what you say you will finish

• You ask a customer for the sale, and you do not flinch on that either

You will not do well here if

• You need to be told what to do every hour

• This is a store of two or three people. We hire people who run their station like it is theirs.
