Role Overview

We are looking for motivated Sales Associates to connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, explain our services, and generate sales through effective communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers.

• Explain products/services and address customer queries.
• Identify customer needs and generate sales opportunities.
• Follow up with interested customers.
• Maintain call records and update daily reports.
• Achieve assigned targets and maintain call quality.
• Coordinate with the team to improve sales performance.

Working Schedule

- Timing: 10:00 AM 8:30 PM

• Login Duration: 10 hours 30 minutes
• Breaks: 1-hour break + 30-minute buffer
• Working Days: 6 days a week
• Weekly Off: Sunday

Required Setup

- Laptop/Desktop with Windows 11.

• Minimum 50 Mbps internet connection (LAN preferred).
• Power backup/inverter.
• Headset with microphone.
• Stable internet and uninterrupted power supply.

Training & OJT

- Total duration: 10 days (5 days training + 5 days OJT).

• Certification is mandatory.
• Training payout will be processed through Full & Final Settlement (F&F).
• Performance and sales KPIs will be assessed during OJT.

Salary & Employment Terms

- Salary will be credited by the 12th of each month.

• Probation period: 3 months.
• 2,000 joining bonus after successful completion of probation, subject to performance.
• One paid leave per month after the first month.
• No paid leave is applicable during the first month.
• Unused leaves will not be carried forward.
• Resignation during the first month is not permitted.
• F&F will not be applicable in case of termination during the first month.

CRGC Policy

- Monthly salary contribution of 5% or 10%, as applicable to the role.

• Annual interest: 10%.
• Lock-in period: 12 months.
• Eligible employees may withdraw up to 50% in emergencies with 30 days' notice.
• Remaining balance will be settled through F&F.

Eligibility & Skills

- Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Confidence in handling customer queries.
• Ability to meet sales targets.
• Prior sales or calling experience is preferred.

WFH Setup Verification

Candidates must share:

• A live selfie showing their work setup.
• Internet speed test screenshot.
• Clear setup photo showing laptop/desktop and headset.
• Confirmation of power backup availability.
