Sales Associate - Luxury Retail

About Us

We are a high-end fashion brand in Dubai. We're looking for an ambitious Sales Consultant/ Sales Associate who knows how to sell and loves it, wants to grow in the luxury industry, and can start within a week.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients and drive active sales in the boutique
• Sell at events, pop-ups, and private brand presentations
• Manage the client database and follow up with clients
• Work in the system, conduct inventory, and keep the boutique in order

Requirements

• Sales experience is mandatory
• Fluent English (part of the interview is conducted in English)
• Strong communication skills
• Energy, results orientation, and a drive to grow

Nice to Have

• Retail experience, especially in luxury
• Fluent Russian
• Own UAE visa

What We Offer

• Salary: AED 4,500 per month + commission
• Schedule: 5 days a week, 9-hour shifts, flexible schedule
• Start date: within 1 week
