Sales Associate (m,f,d) - Owned Stores Operations - Frankfurt - Full-time

To support our business in Frankfurt, we are looking for a Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative (m/f/d). In this role, you will be responsible for providing customer service and developing the local business.
Your Responsibilities

Provide professional and friendly customer service.
Ensure the smooth processing of money transfers and the sale of MoneyGram products.
Follow MoneyGram’s regulations and procedures regarding security and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.
Ensure that the branch/location is maintained in proper condition.
Implement local marketing campaigns to support the business.
Work on a shift basis 5–6 days per week, Monday through Sunday. The average working time is 40 hours per week.

Your Profile

Previous relevant experience in a similar professional environment is preferred.
Very good written and spoken German skills. English language skills are an advantage.
Good experience handling cash and working with IT systems.
Flexibility, including with regard to working hours (shift and weekend work, 07:45–20:45).
Customer-oriented mindset and a passion for sales and working with customers.
Strong communication skills and a friendly personality.
Honesty, accuracy, and motivation.
