We are currently seeking Energetic and Professional Sales Associates for our Outlet Center in Laurel, DE. The ideal candidates for this position are dependable, charismatic, customer-focused, and results-driven!
Please note: This position requires the ability to work weekends and holidays.
Essential Functions:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Greeting and assisting showroom customers professionally
- Recommending appropriate furniture and product options
- Explaining product features, pricing, availability, and financing options
- Building value and confidently closing sales
- Following up with customers, which includes keeping clientele informed by notifying them of future merchandise of potential interest (Wish Book).
- Driving revenue by consistently hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Maintaining a professional and organized showroom environment
- Prepping new furniture and placing it on the floor with the help of other staff members.
- Working together as an individual and team to open and close the showrooms.
- Working closely with the sales team, management, warehouse, and delivery team
