You are a confident, commercially minded individual who enjoys connecting with people and turning genuine relationships into lasting business.
You understand that luxury is not only about the product, but about how you make clients feel. You combine strong selling skills with warmth, initiative and a genuine team spirit.
Must-have
Proven experience in premium retail, fashion, luxury hospitality or another high-end client-facing environment.
Strong selling skills and a track record of delivering excellent client experiences.
Confidence in building lasting client relationships and achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
A proactive, collaborative mindset and strong attention to detail.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
Nice-to-have
Experience in luxury fashion, technical apparel or premium skiwear.
Familiarity with clienteling, CRM and retail KPIs.
Additional languages to connect with our international clientele.
A genuine passion for skiing, fashion and the Alpine lifestyle.
