Position Overview

Sales Associates help customers find products, select sizes, make purchases, and complete returns while providing friendly and efficient service. This role involves maintaining organized sales floors, stocked shelves, tidy fitting rooms, and an orderly stockroom. Associates also assist with checkout transactions, receive and unpack deliveries, verify products and pricing, and place merchandise on the sales floor. This is a seasonal position with the possibility of permanent employment for individuals who demonstrate punctuality, excellent customer service, and a strong work ethic.

This position is located in Staten Island, New York.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection, sizing, styling, purchases, and returns.
• Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service.
• Process transactions, customer inquiries, voids, and returns at the checkout.
• Maintain stocked shelves, organized merchandise, and tidy fitting rooms.
• Keep the stockroom clean and organized.
• Receive, unpack, and accurately check incoming deliveries.
• Verify product pricing and place merchandise on the sales floor.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain store presentation and service standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of retail experience.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Reliable, flexible, and willing to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Good attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate and organized store standards.

Pay Range

USD $17.00 - USD $17.00 /Hr.
