About the role

At IMAN Selección, we are looking to hire a SALES BACK OFFICE professional for an industrial sector company located in Lardero (La Rioja).

You will join the sales team of a growing company, providing support to the external sales network and managing direct relationships with customers. Your role will be fundamental to ensuring the correct functioning of commercial operations, from managing orders and offers to resolving incidents, contributing to customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

- Attend to customers by telephone and resolve their inquiries and needs.

- Manage orders, delivery notes, and commercial documentation.

- Prepare offers and quotes and perform their follow-up.

- Manage and resolve incidents related to customers and orders.

- Provide support to the external sales network in its daily operations.

- Maintain fluid communication with customers, suppliers, and other internal departments.

- Perform administrative tasks related to commercial activity.

- Contribute to customer satisfaction through close and efficient service.

What you'll get

- Schedule from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 17:00 and Friday from 8:00 to 14:00.

Requirements

- Previous experience in internal sales positions, commercial administration, or customer service.

- Experience in managing orders, offers, delivery notes, and incidents.

- Advanced proficiency in the Office suite.

- Experience in the industrial sector will be valued.

- Organized, empathetic, polite, and resourceful person, with a customer orientation.

- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
