As a BDC (Business Development Center) Representative, you'll be the friendly voice and digital connection between our dealership and our valued clients — helping to schedule appointments, follow up on leads, and ensure every guest has a 5-star experience from the first contact. You’ll be working in our brand-new, state-of-the-art Range Rover facility, representing one of the most prestigious luxury automotive brands in the world.

What You’ll Do:
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and internet inquiries for sales & service
- Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and reschedule no-shows
- Support the sales and service teams by generating and nurturing leads
- Contact customers based on current promotions and incentives
- Track all interactions in our CRM with clear, consistent notes
- Be a key player in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
