Sales BDC Represntative

We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales BDC (Business Development Center) Representative to join our growing dealership team! If you enjoy helping customers, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are driven by earning potential, this could be a great fit.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming sales leads, calls, texts, and internet inquiries
- Schedule appointments for the sales team and follow up with customers
- Build relationships with potential buyers and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate customer information and activity in the CRM system
- Follow up on missed appointments and unsold opportunities
- Work closely with the sales team to help drive showroom traffic and sales

Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and motivated to succeed
- Comfortable on the phone and with texting/email communication
- Sales, customer service, or dealership experience is a plus, but not required
- Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
