Sales & Business Coordinator

Role Overview

MAS Europe is looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales & Business Coordinator to support the day-to-day activities of our sales and operations teams.

The role combines customer communication, order management and internal coordination, ensuring that customer requests and orders are handled efficiently from initial inquiry through delivery. You will work closely with Sales, Workshop and Warehouse teams, acting as a key point of coordination between customers and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates on orders, product availability, deliveries and workshop-related jobs.
• Prepare offers, order confirmations and relevant commercial documentation in coordination with the Sales team.
• Enter, monitor and update customer orders, materials and related information in the ERP system (SoftOne).
• Coordinate with Workshop and Warehouse teams regarding job progress, material availability, incoming deliveries and dispatches.
• Monitor order progress and support the smooth and timely execution of customer requests.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure effective communication between customers and internal teams.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sales administration, customer support, order management or a similar coordination role.
• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or another relevant field will be considered an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Very good command of Greek and English.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Team-oriented, reliable and comfortable working across different departments.
