We are a fast-growing travel management company based in Lagos, seeking an experienced and result-driven professional to join our team.

Job Summary
The sales and business development executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding the company’s corporate client base, and strengthening long-term business relationships. The ideal candidate must have strong corporate sales experience, excellent business development skills, and a proven ability to secure and manage high-value accounts.

Key Responsibilities
- Sign up and onboard new corporate clients
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Secure new business opportunities for the company
- Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Lead negotiations and close corporate deals
- Prepare sales reports.
- Ensure high customer retention.
- Represent the company at networking events, meetings, and industry engagements

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 4+ years proven sales experience
- Strong corporate sales and business development experience
- Experience in the travel, hospitality, or service industry is an added advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
