Lead a dedicated sales POS network assigned in Credit Card Acquisition to achieve monthly and annual targets, consistently driving growth in acquisition, as well as activation and usage.</span></p><p style="margin-bottom:0px;font-style:normal;font-size:13px;line-height:normal;font-family:'Helvetica Neue';"><span style="font-family:Arial;font-size:14px;">2. Collaborate with relevant teams (CRM, Risk, Marketing and others) for product improvement, rolling out campaigns, marketing promotions, and incentive programs that aims to improve sales performance. </span></p><p style="margin-bottom:0px;font-style:normal;font-size:13px;line-height:normal;font-family:'Helvetica Neue';"><span style="font-family:Arial;font-size:14px;">3. Develop and execute strategic sales plans across multiple channels, including branch, mall-based, and on-field.</span></p><p style="margin-bottom:0px;font-style:normal;font-size:13px;line-height:normal;font-family:'Helvetica Neue';"><span style="font-family:Arial;font-size:14px;">4. Reporting and monitoring sales performance metrics (applications, signed, approval rates, activation, usage rates) and implemented data-driven improvements.</span></p><p style="margin-bottom:0px;font-style:normal;font-size:13px;line-height:normal;font-family:'Helvetica Neue';"><span style="font-family:Arial;font-size:14px;">5. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities, optimize client targeting, and improve acquisition.</span></p><p style="margin-bottom:0px;font-style:normal;font-size:13px;line-height:normal;font-family:'Helvetica Neue';"><span style="font-family:Arial;font-size:14px;">6.
