Teasdale Fenton provides commercial cleaning and property restoration services. We're looking for a Commercial Cleaning Estimator to join our Sales team and make sure every opportunity is accurately scoped, priced, and ready to be delivered by our operations crews.

Job Summary
As a Commercial Cleaning Estimator, you will conduct on-site facility walkthroughs, develop detailed scopes of work, calculate labor and material requirements, and prepare professional estimates and proposals for commercial cleaning and janitorial customers. You'll partner closely with our sales representatives so they can focus on prospecting and closing business, knowing the work is priced right and can be delivered profitably.

Responsibilities

• Attend scheduled walkthroughs and meet with customers, facility managers, and property managers
• Inspect facilities, take accurate measurements and photos, and identify cleaning requirements, access considerations, and special circumstances
• Clarify customer expectations, service frequency, scheduling, and building access needs
• Develop accurate, detailed scopes of work for commercial cleaning bids
• Calculate labor hours, crew requirements, production rates, materials, equipment, and other costs
• Apply company pricing standards to build competitive estimates with healthy margins
• Estimate a range of Company services, including commercial janitorial, carpet cleaning and extraction...
• Support sales representatives with clear pricing, scope details, and proposal revisions
• Identify cross-selling and additional service opportunities
• Coordinate with operations on labor, equipment, scheduling, and job handoffs
• Review completed jobs to improve future estimating accuracy
