📍 Position: Sales & Client Experience Support Executive (Iraq | Mandarin Preferred)
📍 Location: Basra, Iraq
Join International SOS and support the growth of our Iraq business, with a focus on the Chinese Business Cluster.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to provide sales and client support, coordinate across multiple stakeholders, and help deliver an exceptional client experience.
Requirements
✔ 3-5 years of experience in sales support, commercial administration, customer service, account support, or similar roles
✔ Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills; Salesforce or CRM experience preferred
✔ Excellent English communication skills
✔ Mandarin Chinese language capability preferred to support Chinese corporate clients
✔ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Background
⭐ Experience in Iraq or the Middle East
⭐ Experience in healthcare, oil & gas, B2B services, or multinational organizations
⭐ Experience supporting Chinese companies or Chinese corporate clients
⭐ Arabic and/or Urdu language skills

✅ Support sales administration, CRM (Salesforce), quotations, contracts, tenders, and client documentation
✅ Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Operations, Medical Supply Chain, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
✅ Track invoices, orders, renewals, and client requests, ensuring timely follow-up and escalation
✅ Maintain accurate records, reports, and workflow trackers to improve business efficiency and client satisfaction
