Compensation: ₦350,000–₦450,000

About the Role

Folixx Hospitality is seeking a commercially driven professional to build relationships with high-value guests, drive revenue, and increase customer retention and repeat visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with high-value guests.
• Drive revenue, upselling, customer retention, and repeat visits.
• Follow up with customers and reactivate dormant relationships.
• Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems.
• Collaborate with the Concierge, Reservations, PROs, and Sales teams.
• Use AI and digital tools to improve customer engagement and sales productivity.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in sales, client relationship management, or business development.
• Experience in premium hospitality, luxury lifestyle, nightlife, or high-end retail is preferred.
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and AI tools.
• Ability to engage high-value clients professionally and discreetly.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends where required.
• B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
