Sales Co-ordinator
- Updating Customer Agreement and organize quotations on Key Account Managers request for help
- Support key Account Manager for checking sea & air freight costs + lead time for customer enquirers
- Free of charges or paid sample requests follow up
- Quarterly internal Buy price & Sell price validation + lead time validation
- For general customer dial in + web sales enquirer or , he/she will need to gate keep qualify the leads before sending the sales leads to Head of Sales to assign to Key Account Managers
- Work closely with sales, warehouse, and operations teams to settle ad hoc internal issues
- Ensure smooth communication between departments
