Sales Coffee Specialist
Where Premium Coffee Meets Exceptional Service
We are seeking Sales Coffee Specialists to join the Nespresso teams at Grand Baie La Croisette and Tribeca Mall.
In this role, you will represent an internationally renowned premium coffee brand, combining product expertise with genuine customer care to deliver the exceptional experience Nespresso is known for around the world.
What you'll be doing
- Create memorable customer experiences by sharing your passion and knowledge of coffee
- Promote and sell Nespresso's premium coffee range, coffee machines and accessories, upholding Nespresso's international quality standards
- Deliver personalised service that delights customers and builds lasting relationships
- Represent Nespresso at in-store events, product launches and customer activations
- Contribute to achieving store sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer service
What We're looking for
- Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French
- A customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- A positive team player who can also work independently
- Motivated, proactive and driven to achieve results
- Comfortable working a rotational roster, including weekends, with fixed rest days built in so your time off is truly yours.
