Responsibilities
- Manage commercial insurance accounts
- Sell commercial insurance policies
- Build relationships
- Develop new business
- Cross-sell insurance products
- Monitor and track agency goals
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Ensure compliance and licensing
- Support agency marketing initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Agent Producer/Account Manager
- Active Kansas Property & Casualty License (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Sales and/or customer service experience in insurance or financial services
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Experience developing and maintaining client relationships
