Raffles Place (moving to Punggol District in April/May2027)

7 Days AL per year

Conduct sales compliance checks in accordance with MAS Balanced Scorecard requirements and internal policies.

Monitor compliance results, investigate errors and follow up on corrective actions.

Review customer complaints relating to investment sales.

Conduct training on compliance procedures for new hires and supervisors.

Keep updated on regulatory requirements and internal processes.

Support automation and process improvement initiatives using RPA, systems and AI.
