Ewald Automotive Group is a 62-year-old, locally owned, family business representing 10 locations and 11 vehicle brands throughout Southeastern Wisconsin. Known for our integrity, stability, and commitment to our employees, we continue to grow—and we are looking for Automotive Sales Consultants to join our team at our Oconomowoc, WI campus.
What You’ll Do
- Guide customers through the entire vehicle-buying process, from greeting to delivery
- Build strong customer relationships that drive repeat and referral business
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of Chevrolet, Kia, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles
- Work closely with management and finance to ensure a smooth sales experience
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty
What We’re Looking For
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
