Sales Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Aid customers in locating and purchasing merchandise in store, on www.yaleappliance.com, as well as, processing special orders via phone or in person

• Ensure each customer receives outstanding service by Yale standards

• Execute daily operational, sales goals and priorities assigned by store management

Qualifications:

· A passion for customer service

· A great attitude and the willingness to learn

· Ability to work in a team environment

· A commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction

· MUST have pleasant demeanor and professional image and appearance

· Must be able to commit to 1 weekend day per week long term

· Desire and interest in home design and trends

· Background in sales a plus

· 1-3 years’ experience working with customers face to face preferred

· Consent to and pass a criminal background check

· Comfortable with a 9 month probationary period. During this time your performance, attendance, and over all fit will be evaluated
