Are you a driven and target-oriented salesperson who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment?

We are looking for aggressive and highly motivated Sales Consultants who are confident in engaging customers, identifying their needs and driving sales. If you are ambitious, competitive and motivated by high earning potential, this could be the opportunity for you!

✨ No prior hair consultancy experience? No problem!
On-the-job training will be provided to equip you with the product knowledge, consultation skills and techniques needed to succeed.

💼 Job Responsibilities

• Engage customers and understand their hair and scalp concerns
• Recommend suitable treatments, products and packages based on customers' needs
• Drive sales and actively work towards individual and team sales targets
• Build rapport with customers and develop strong customer relationships
• Follow up with customers to encourage repeat visits and purchases
• Perform basic hair washing and assist with treatment preparation
• Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the consultation process

📝 Requirements

• Strong sales-driven mindset with a proven ability or desire to achieve targets
• Aggressive, confident and proactive in approaching and engaging customers
• Comfortable working in a target-driven and commission-based environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Willing to learn and undergo on-the-job training
• Hair consultancy / beauty / retail sales experience is an advantage, but not required
• Minimum N-Level and above
