Sales Consultant

• Promote the company’s treatments and products in a professional and customer-centric manner
• Conduct professional body analysis, and recommend suitable treatments, service and products based on individual needs
• Clearly explain treatment and product benefits, usage, and expected outcomes to customers
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of TCM treatment, service and products.
• Deliver consistently high standards of customer service and care
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers to support sales growth
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
• Assist customers with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and basic follow-ups
• Handle basic administrative duties, including processing and recording sales

Working Hour:-

Mon - Fri: 9:45am - 8pm

Sat - Sun, PH: 8:45am - 5pm
