Job Scope:
- Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable postpartum or aesthetic services
- Promote the company’s services and products to potential and existing customers
- Provide professional analysis and suggest suitable treatments and products
- Deliver friendly and high-quality customer service before and after sales
- Maintain high service standards and ensure treatment rooms are clean and tidy
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Stay updated on postpartum care, treatments, and industry trends
Job Requirements:
- Candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply (training provided)
- Candidate with relevant massage cert is a plus, not mandatory
- Candidate may be required to work on weekends and retail hours
