Competitive Compensation and Benefits
This is a salaried position paying $3,000.00 per month for the first 120 days of employment. Starting pay is determined based on several factors, which can include the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, education, and geographic area. From the 121st day and forward, pay will be calculated using a 90 day rolling average.
Additionally, this position is eligible to receive commission as part of the compensation package. Potential commission varies based on individual performance metrics and role-specific targets.
