Sales Consultant – Closer Júnior | Escrita
We are looking for a Closer to join our newly formed commercial team in the US, responsible for converting qualified opportunities into new business and driving the Árvore Writing solution's growth across American schools.
Árvore joined forces with SuperAutor, expanding our portfolio and strengthening our impact in literacy education. By combining our expertise in reading with an innovative writing platform, we now offer a more complete literacy journey that develops students' creativity, authorship, and protagonism.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow in educational sales, working closely with an international team and playing a key role in building a newly formed commercial operation in the US.
Goal: Convert qualified opportunities into new business in the US market.
- Run sales conversations with qualified prospects and lead the process through to close.
- Advance opportunities through the pipeline, following up and overcoming objections with empathy and strategic thinking.
- Negotiate commercial proposals via phone, WhatsApp, email, video call and, when appropriate, in person.
- Close new business for the US operation.
- Partner with SDRs in the handoff from qualification to closing.
- Keep the sales pipeline organized and up to date.
- Availability for occasional travel.
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress.
- Proven experience in sales.
- Strong English fluency (written and spoken).
- Ability to lead commercial conversations and move deals forward.
- Comfort operating in a newly formed US commercial team.
- Strong commercial instincts with active listening skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organization, time management, and proactivity.
