⭐Key Responsibilities
- MDW Screening & Profiling: Conduct structured interviews with Migrant Domestic Workers to assess skills and create accurate candidate profiles.
- Client Consultation & Matching: Handle inbound inquiries, assess household requirements, and match families with appropriate helpers.
- Interview Management: Coordinate and facilitate seamless interview sessions between clients and candidates.
- Operations Support: Manage placement documentation, client follow-ups, and post-placement support.
