Transparent Pay

• $60,000–$200,000 per year, paid bi-weekly

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and build rapport to understand their needs
• Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits
• Guide customers through the sales process, including negotiation and paperwork
• Stay current on inventory, pricing, and promotions
• Follow up by phone, text, and video to earn repeat and referral business
• Work with the finance department on financing options
• Meet or exceed sales targets

What You Bring

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A competitive drive and the desire to learn negotiation and closing
• Comfort in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Automotive sales or customer service experience is a plus
