Sales Consultant (Indoor Sales)

Salary: Up to $3400

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop assigned customer accounts within the Singapore market.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives.
Conduct indoor sales activities through telesales, virtual meetings, and customer engagement.
Prospect, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Understand customers' business requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Provide commercial and technical support throughout the sales process.
Respond promptly to customer enquiries and prepare quotations and proposals.
Maintain accurate customer and product information using CRM and SAP systems.
Promote the company's products and enhance brand awareness in the market.
Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure timely customer support and service delivery.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager.

Requirements

Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
Candidates with qualifications in other disciplines and relevant sales experience are encouraged to apply.
Minimum 2 years of experience in indoor sales, telesales, or customer account management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of Incoterms and commercial sales practices is advantageous.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience using CRM systems is preferred.
Working knowledge of SAP Sales & Distribution (SAP SD) will be an advantage.
