Sales Consultant
An iconic Swiss luxury brand, is renowned for its exceptional shoemaking heritage and distinctive approach to luxury. Today, it continues to create unique and vibrant designs across shoes, accessories, ready-to-wear and eyewear.
They are looking for passionate and driven Full-Time Sales Consultants to join them.

As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience, developing long-lasting customer relationships and achieving sales results. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced luxury retail environment alongside a passionate and collaborative team.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a confident, charismatic and customer-focused individual who is passionate about luxury and enjoys creating memorable experiences for clients.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 2 years of retail experience, preferably within luxury or premium retail
- A genuine passion for luxury fashion and exceptional customer service
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- A professional attitude with a strong motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, pragmatic and team-oriented approach
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- A high standard of personal presentation and grooming
- Flexibility to work 5 days per week on a 7-day rotating roster(44hours per week, shift hours. Night shift allowance provided.)
- A strong work ethic, commitment and enthusiasm
- Fluency in Mandarin is required for this position, as the role involves regularly serving and communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Previous experience working with leather goods is an advantage.
