Sales Consultant – Honda of Lincoln

Honda of Lincoln is hiring a Sales Consultant!

We’re looking for a motivated, dependable, and people-focused individual to join our sales team. Automotive sales experience is preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person. We value a strong work history, a great attitude, and someone who is ready to learn and grow.

What You’ll Do

• Help customers find the right new or pre-owned vehicle
• Provide a friendly, professional, and transparent buying experience
• Learn the Honda lineup, including gas, hybrid, and electric vehicles
• Follow up with customers and build long-term relationships
• Work with our team to achieve individual and dealership goals

What We’re Looking For

• Automotive sales experience preferred
• Strong and consistent work history
• Spanish-speaking is a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Motivated, dependable, and professional
• Comfortable with technology and learning new systems
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
