Sales Consultant (Maid Agency)

· Source, screen, and match suitable FDWs to employers based on their household needs.

· Advise clients on application procedures, documentation, and pre-employment requirements in line with current manpower regulations.

· Handle employment contracts, work passes, and settlement of FDWs(e.g., medical checks, orientation).

· Provide ongoing support to both employers and FDWs, including conflict resolution and contract renewals.

· Maintain accurate client and FDW records as required by industry regulations.

· Ensure all transactions are compliant with Singapore’s employment agency laws and ethical standards.
