Working Days: 5.5 Days (Retail Hours)

Key Duties:

• Promote and recommend products and services while identifying customer needs to achieve sales targets.
• Engage with walk-in customers at roadshows, events, and shopping malls to generate sales opportunities and build brand awareness.
• Deliver excellent customer service by providing product information, addressing enquiries, and creating a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

• Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
